Whispers of Hope ----Day 60

Day 60

Together We Can Change The World whispers Hope through My Power Mall Division by providing rebates for regular everyday spending . . . Hope that even in this economy, when people of like mind and heart work together for the common good of all, wealth will occur.

Stories are becoming commonplace in the world around me of job lay-offs, no money to pay the bills, foreclosures on homes, unemployment, food stamps and other temporary forms of assistance.

My sister was let go from her job at a small toy store where she worked less than full-time anyhow --- sales down. Her husband is unemployed currently due to a medical condition. Three kids. Bills mounting for months and home loss is likely by the end of this year unless their situation rapidly improves . . .

My neighbor is still home after being laid off 3 weeks ago. They are emigrants, still awaiting word from the Immigration Courts after being in the country for 5 years . . . His wife is still cleaning anywhere and everywhere she can find . . . a teen son and a young daughter to support.

A friend of mine that has been a contact since January has had his wife wrongly fired, they have their house in foreclosure, a young child with Muscular Dystrophy, and in our conversation this evening, I learn that he, too, was laid off just days after we last spoke.

These are just three scenarios that are quite disturbing, and yet it's happening all over the country.

My Power Mall and TWCCTW, Inc. offer hope to people like me and my son, to people like my sister, my neighbor, and my friend. Common, everyday people who are still quite capable of being more than their situation, may find a haven of hope with MPM because MPM pays you a rebate percentage for the shopping you do every single day anyway.

Do you buy toilet paper? Do you buy groceries? Do you buy gasoline? Do you buy clothing? Do you buy gifts for your kids' friends on their birthdays? Do you buy printer ink for your computer? Do you buy light bulbs for your home?

Yes?

Then get paid by shopping in your own My Power Mall. Start by finding 5 people who also shop like you do. Form a team, and your team will grow and grow.

J. Paul Getty says: "I'd rather have 1% of the effort of 100 men than 100% of my own effort."

Why would he say something like that?

Because of the power of leverage, the power of compound interest, the power of together we are stronger than one. The words of our Founder and CEO, Ginny Dye, reiterate that we are stronger together vs. individually, "Very few of us have the resources to make a big difference on our own. But our small efforts, combined with the small efforts of millions will create a tidal wave of goodness that will sweep the globe."

This is exactly why the MPM System was created. By working together, Big Z, you and I can reap the reward of 100, 1000, 2000, 3000 plus people who each do the work of 1, but because we are leveraging the work of ALL, we are helping those very people who are helping us, AND, making a difference at the same time!

In the online presentation, MPM states, "We have created a million dollar system that will give you the ability to MAKE money, and, more importantly, make a DIFFERENCE with almost every dollar you spend."
Make a difference? How?

By supporting the One-Child-At-A-Time Program with every purchase you make through your Mall --- 6% of Corporate Profits go toward supporting a child in need. When their needs are met, then another child is chosen.

Currently, the children who are receiving benefit through OCAATP are the SIFA Choir. To learn more, visit this page: Together We Can Change The World, Inc.

How else can I make a difference?

You will be helping those on your team by utilizing the power of your spending. And, you can help a charity of your choice by giving them a f'ree World Changer Mall of their own to share with their supporters, leveraging their return off of their everyday spending, and providing additional return to you.

"Harness[ing] the Power of Everyday Spending to Change The World," is what MPM is all about. This company is here soley to benefit the world, beginning with you and your family's needs first.

Here's another J. Paul Getty quote for fun as you consider having your own business from home. It is typically in this kind of economy that is the BEST time for you to begin your business from home . . .

"The #1 guideline to success is you must be in business for yourself. When you work for someone else, you sell your time at wholesale to your employer, who then re-sells it at retail to the customer."

I must also remember Paul Zane Pilzer from our former posts on January 17 and 18, 2009 . . . PZP states that there will be many new millionaires created in every economic downturn.

We're going to become two of those millionaires. Why don't we do it together? Here's how to get started:

GROCERY REBATES to the tune of $300 --- Day 32

Day 32

Today we listened to a.m./p.m. conference calls. The a.m. call, especially, was chock full of good information and training.

We researched a product for a family member who would like to use Big Z's Mall for purchase (they are not yet ready to know more).

We spoke with Big Z's Dad about his support and options for gaining rebates. He will likely get a personal mall in a few months so that he can gain his own rebates while also supporting his son's business.

We wrote an email to our contact from our call yesterday. We explained that she may grow her business in any way that most utilizes her passions and her strengths, which may very well be what many Boot Campers are doing now: working directly with Non-Profit agencies that are near and dear to their hearts. She was concerned that she may not be able to do what I was doing. Though I let her know in our telephone conversation that I was stepping out of my comfort zone and that as I pressed my own boundaries, I was able to do this. It wasn't without fear. Each time gets easier. So, I wanted to let her know, as we are seeing with the Boot Campers, that there are many ways to put the word out that will bring rebates back to her business while funding organizations that are important to her. We also let her know that there are tools in the back office, such as the e-card we sent, that will be available for her use, as well as training materials and calls that will help educate her on how to be effective in growing her business.

We did some updating to blogs and we finally found out how to embed a YouTube video into the text portion of the blog. Needless to say, I was quite ecstatic to learn how, finally ;-).

Over the last few days we've been taking the World Changer Training Manual Script and re-typing it for our own use. I don't have an ability on my computer to alter the .pdf document, or to copy/paste, so, I'm pulling out what is necessary for me, and making small changes. I'm also typing up the Contact Info Sheet so that it follows directly with the interview questions. There are a few that are missing and I notice the flow of my note-taking slows in these points. I feel that doing this will help us be more effective when we are calling people and giving them their interview.

Today we ordered our Grocery Rebate from our back office. WOW! How wonderful it is going to be to receive it and begin a year long program that will GIVE us $25 per month in REBATES!

Now, that is some kind of business that REWARDS you to continue doing what you do EVERYDAY ANYWAY---- SHOP for GROCERIES!!!! That's $300 we will be GAINING this year. YEAH!

What's MORE is that we're not only able to gain additional REBATES for buying GROCERIES, but we're able to support the One-Child-At-A-Time Program, AND, we're able to support a Together We Can Change The World Foundation Mall at the same time. ;-)

The question is:

How would YOU like to get $300 in Grocery Rebates for doing what you have to do ANYHOW? It's not like we can stop our grocery shopping. These are EVERYDAY items that we NEED EVERYDAY ANYWAY.

Get your Rebates Today: http://www.bigzgivesbig.com/.
And, smile because you're supporting yourself, your family, and a good cause all at the same time ;-). Thank you.

Thanks, Ginny and the wonderful team at Together We Can Change The World, Inc./My Power Mall! We so much appreciate all your efforts to give us the B-E-S-T.

We're calling it an early night.

The Day Before The World Changes --- Day 29

Day 29

This day began with a wonderfully Boot-Kickin' Boot Camp Training Call. Ginny asked the Boot Campers to really consider WHY they are pushing forth. And, to take that WHY and to sprint across the finish line and give their ALL from now until the end of Boot Camp. It was really inspiring.

As I contemplate our own goals this weekend, I remembered back to some training where an effective method of achievement was "sprinting" for certain periods of time. One unit of time was the quarter. Take 3 months, or 90 days, and break it down into manageable goals to accomplish each month, and each week within the month.

When I consider the Boot Camp and our slow start to catch the Campers in late November (Big Z on vacation, and my trip to CA for my ailing step-Dad), and the Pause that occurred due to our trip south to CA for services for my step-Dad, and staying on longer for Christmas and due to the snow, I know that for us, the stops and starts have been challenging.

After the Pause for the Boot Campers, there were a number of folks that weren't able to press on for whatever the reason. Some reasons I know; others I don't. Regardless, I know that they gave their all while they were participating, and, they were growing by leaps and bounds by moving through their fears.

The Campers, as we've recently expressed, are reaching their stride . . . And, we are getting back into a rhythm, too. We want it to continue. The Boot Camp is scheduled to end soon. I've heard 10 days; I've heard 2 weeks. Regardless, it's almost ZERO TIME LEFT PEOPLE. I want the Campers to keep their momentum, and to keep making their big strides, riding the big powerful wave that surges towards the big Tidal Wave . . . I want them to succeed.

I want them to keep having successes. And, I want us to do the same. I want the calls to continue. They are a wonderful way to keep our motivation and be inspired, to gain ideas, and to move forward.

What will happen when they aren't there, and, we haven't begun our own calls yet?

Will we keep blogging? Will we keep supporting?

Will we keep pressing forward with the same level of determination and passion for our WHYs and our Commitments to ourselves?

[(Big Z is reading as I type this, and he bent into my left ear, and he said, "The answer is, 'YES!'" Smart boy, he is ;-), though, he's resisting bed-time . . .]

My hope is that the answers are INDEED yes, for Ginny is exactly right: It is our own commitments to ourselves that are the most important. However, our word and commitments to ourselves are also something to consider as we move about in our home, with our family, with our friends, with the community. We're guilty as anyone for letting Life creep into our daily lives and steal away our dreams because we are thrown off track, and our steps don't move towards our dreams any longer. When we finally turn around and another year has gone by, we wonder why we are still in the same place, the same situation, and we look around us and see that our dreams may be further away than ever before. My, my. My son is 9! How did THAT happen?

Boot Camp is assisting us with moving forward. We've made progress. But, we've not made near enough progress as we want.

Today Big Z rejoined me. At the time he arrived home, I was getting Windows Messenger set up on my computer and getting info from Nita, the Director of My Power Mall/Together We Can Change The World Customer Support. A call went out on Friday for Live Chat Operators. I've decided that I'm going to assist. There are several reasons why: First is that I like to help people find what they are looking for. Second, there are so many people in this company that have given and given and given. Now that we've committed with Boot Camp, we're committed in every way. We're taking ownership. As such, it's time for us to give to the company that is giving us so much. A third reason is that it can only HELP us learn more, and be better sponsors to our team. By this coming Sunday, I should be set up as a Live Chat Operator ;-).

Shortly afterwards, Big Z had a playtime set up with a friend, so we scooted to the sun and the water to meet him. Afterwards, we had piano lessons.

When we got home, it was slice open the butternut squash and bake it, while getting the rest of dinner prepared. In the process, Big Z got his Pokemon(s) squared away and I got to reply to some blogs. It was so GREAT to read from Susan and that she is feeling better ;-).

Just before the PM call [(ever optimistic, we hoped it would be on as well as Family Chat). Unfortunately, Jacki is ill. So, Jacki, we're pullin' for you!!!] I called my friend in CA who had the Booster Club idea. To my surprise, she'd watched the presentation and was on her way to a Booster Club meeting then and there. She said she was going to try to present the information to them, and she was a little unsteady 'cause she had to get out the door and couldn't find her keys. We talked about the ability for all of them to watch the NPO presentation tonight, at the same time. She wasn't sure if it was possible, but maybe. I sent her the Q&A's for the NPO's so they would at least have something, including the whole manual. I've not read the manual for months, and I told her up front that tonight MAY NOT be the best night to talk with them ;-). Instead, maybe she wanted to get familiar by getting her own mall, supporting her college kids, etc. and learning more. However, she knows these people, and has been involved with the school in one way or another since we graduated from there in 1988. So, I don't know what she chose to do. I just let her know that I'd answer all I could, and if I couldn't, I'd enlist the support of Jacki and/or Ginny. Will keep you posted ;-).

I called my f/u scheduled at 6:15 early since the only call was going to be the Family Chat. I thought to invite her to the call, but I didn't want to if it was going to be about the PM Dialer. So, I asked her if I could reschedule for 7:15 instead. She confessed it had been a very wild day, and she was worn out, and hadn't watched it yet. In the hour she had, she said she would try to watch it and show it to her neighbor, too. When I called back, the neighbor answered and said that my f/u had to go into work to help with a client's tax return. I left my message for her to email me, and that I would call at 6:15 tomorrow night.

Lastly, we got to read a few more blogs, post ourselves, and now we must be off to beddy-bye.

Have a great sleep, everyone!!!

Get the Book From the Library if You Have To

Put The Next Millionaires by Paul Zane Pilzer on your reading list. I finished it last night. I have marks and lines all throughout it. I wish I could whip up all the messages P.Z.P. gave that let us know that Together We Can Change the World and My Power Mall are perfect vehicles to create wealth in the next 7 years --- Not only create wealth, but become the next millionaires.

As with any good read, there is still a lot that falls through the cracks since a book can only give you so much information. The over all messages and the details he gives are enough. It's going to be fascinating to see how the economy shapes up, especially with his recommendations. And, it's going to be so much fun to create our own wealth in spite of the economy.

I'll see about getting more details from the book onto paper as a reference, but only after some diligence in the areas that will move us forward.

Sun shines again today --- Whoo-hooo!

THANK YOU, ED BROOKS. You're a gem ;-).

The Wave of Hope and Growth

I just wrote this on Vern's blog in response to his uplifting posts over the last few days.

growth. GroWTH. GROWTH.

We're all growing in so very many ways. The Boot Camp is an exercise in challenges, stretching to reach our challenges, being supported, being coached and encouraged; and it's also an exercise in winning, in achieving success with each boot step forward.

And, it is the fish-bowl. You're all there for us to watch and believe in. And, the original plan seems to be working: The Team is Reaching their Stride; the Team is beginning the Gel; the Team is Connecting, with each other and their Communities; the Team is becoming Entrained, beginning to work as One.

Because of this, You are the Example of what may be duplicated over and over. You are the carriers of Hope. We all want to succeed; we all want to belong; we all want to do good in the world, to have our purpose realized; and we all need each other to enrich each other's lives, and to feel as if our little selves matter. You All are providing the Sample.

. . . And even those that have felt compelled to step out of their boots and let their straps loosen are surely still keeping an eye on you, full of hope and still working toward their goals, their heads still held high, knowing that a repositioning of their steps upon the path will give them the greatest overall advantage.

All of us, Boot Campers, Alternates, Stragglers, Watchers, M-Team --- We're all transfixed, with our eyes and hearts upon You, Our Hope-- and, the Goal.

Way to go, Vern!

Steppin' It Up --- Day 16

Day 16

Today was a day for steppin' it up. Self-care worked well to alleviate sore throat, fatigue persists. Excellent Reconnective Healing session.

Accomplishments for our day in Boot Camp.

--We tuned in to both morning and evening Boot Camp Training Calls.
--4 Follow-ups. 1 included 2 email exchanges with our friend from our bank; 3 were phone calls, two connects and one VM to remind folks about viewing website info.
--1 call to downline member, VM and reschedule call
-- info sent to corporate regarding lead generation resource
--1 call to client regarding MPM in her life.

What was exciting about the Boot Camp Training Calls today?

Hearing from the Boot Campers, of course!
Wow, guys. I've not finished viewing your blogs on the topic, but I have heard the calls. I'm so inspired by your persistence, and your willingness to share with everyone what your hopes are for 2009. As Ginny and Jacki began grilling you about details, and details, mailing your New Year's Letters, and working it backwards, asking you what it looks or feels like, how you plan to get there, I was so impressed that you stayed the course and were able to answer the questions, ask for help, and take action to catch up if needed.
As I heard each one of you, I felt my heart warm with pride and a feeling that You Will Reach The Milestones You've Set for Yourselves in this Boot Camp and BEYOND. It's really wonderful to hear that many of you KNOW in your hearts that this Boot Camp is only the beginning; we can hear your thoughts and inspirations for all of 2009 and beyond. You're here for the long haul and your voices carry the assuredness that success is here, for you, and for all Boot Campers, and for anyone else in the company who is watching, thinking about taking action; or, who is taking actionl; or, for the one that is peering into the fishbowl for the first time wondering, "What is this My Power Mall all about anyway?"
Thank you.
Thank you for being courageous and putting yourselves on the line for the Boot Camp. Thank you for being you, for each of you have gifts and talents that are showing themselves. Collectively, it as if you are all part of a Diamond, and the different spectrums of light emanating from the Diamond represent each one of you. Dang, that chokes me up ;-). You're all beautiful and doing a great job!
I will be glad to catch up with your blog postings . . . Until then . . . Know we're following closely, on the edge of our seats in anticipation for the seeds you've planted to begin sprouting their tender green shoots . . .
(**Note: the text for this post is not showing up correctly in spite of many attempts to fix its display on the blog. Please overlook it.)

What to Buy at My Power Mall ???

A Sampling from LisaJ, Boot Camper, Member Extraordinaire:

(I'd like to ) "share this interesting purchase on my mall. Here goes:

1. I purchased a $500 Amex gift card - Over $4 in the pay plan.
2. I used the Amex to purchase a $100 gift card from gifts.com for the GAP - 4.2% into the pay plan.
3. I used the $100 gift certificate at the GAP on the mall - 4.2% into the pay plan.

"So I don't have the exact figure that I saved, but just by doing a little pre-planning, I think I got a great discount on something I would have purchased anyway. "

Now, that's some strategy for using the rebate system to triple your return. WOW. We like it~~

Thanks, LisaJ.

Fun Friday --- Day 3

Day 3

Today was a day to spend a few minutes on the blog--- we have an education in front of us ;-). There are so many tools, and gadgets to play around with, so, we hope, that over the course of our 60 Day Challenge, we'll get better and the blog will look nicer.

Check out the You Tube videos to the right of the page--- Look for the SIFA Choir (http://www.sifachoir.org/). It's a most amazing video that will likely touch your heart as it has ours. The SIFA Choir toured America this past summer, raising funds to build a new orphanage and school for them in Uganda. Most of them are orphans, vastly affected by the AIDS epidemic.

You can also view the song by going to http://www.togetherwecanchangetheworld.com/TWCCTWSong.aspx. All proceeds for downloading the song go to the kids.

As for our day out and about as Boot Campers:

Handed out an official invitation card to friend spoken to earlier in week and who'd already gotten an email from us the day we spoke with her.

We gave follow-up calls to our neighbor, and to two of the people we met last night at the Mall. We left messages for them and will call again. Another neighbor ended up not getting home, so, we'll check in with them this weekend.

We went to visit with a very nice woman at our property management company. Big Z spoke with her and she was so kind to give him her undivided attention, as she always does. She was happy to take his information and will look at it this weekend. She'd use $2000 to pay of debt, go back to school for photography, and to help her younger sister pay for her college.

We went back to the bike shop. Big Z approached the man who has been helping us shop for the right bike, tonight, as a business man vs. a consumer. This guy is also a very nice, helpful, and gentle. He also gave Big Z undivided attention, and became quite amused with his presentation. He commented on how Big Z gave a nice close: May we give you a call on Monday or on Tuesday to see what you thought of my site?

He said that it sounds like "they" are doing a good job of training him in sales and what a wonderful program it sounded like to help kids. He'd had prior sales training, and so was familiar with a lot of styles, and he uses some, but mostly he helps his customers get what they want.

We told him about the business partnership program, and its renewed form that the Campers are working on now, and that it may be something he would like to consider as he views the information. We also told him that Ginny is setting aside the $25K that she offered to non-profits in order to create seed money for kids with ideas for generating income to donate to good causes. This is fantastic (Ginny told us this on one of the daily calls).

For him, he'd spend that $2000. As for $2000 extra a month? Spend more. Get bills. Increase the quality of his life. Upgrade his lifestyle.

Sounds good to us!

He asked Big Z what he would do with the money. Big Z answered, "I'd get a new bike, and save the rest."

Big Z called two of his Aunts. One wasn't home so he left a message. The other Aunt was home and she gave him her attention while letting her dinner sit a bit and get cold (what a nice Auntie she is). Though she knew that Big Z had his own business, she didn't know about the Reality Boot Camp, nor had she ever heard Big Z talk with her too much about it. Tonight she knows he's turning professional. He did a very good job talking with her.

She said she would buy more jerky for her dogs (she has quite a few cats and dogs). With an extra $2000/month, she said she would be able to relax since she would have extra money for bills. She'll review Big Z's info and we'll call her next Thursday.

It was getting late into the evening, and we had to seek out more folks to share World Changer and Together We Can Change the World with. We went to our local Kmart--- it was GREAT, 'cause not only did we get to talk with three nice young men, but we got EXERCISE! Big Z was a bit high-energy after our salad, split pea soup and tortilla with goat cheese dinner ;-).

The three young men were Cruisin' Kmart. They were there because they had a Sweater Party later in the evening, and one of the guys didn't have a sweater to wear. They were super sweet to stop and talk with us as we interrupted their cruisin'.

All three chimed they would pay off their college loans, and one said he had tools to pay off 'cause now that he's a diesel mechanic, he had to invest in about $20K worth of tools for the trade. They all said they would save money if they had $2000/month.

As we left the guys to their hunt for a good looking sweater, we found a green basketball. Ever seen one of those? It was really interesting, and we found, it was green because it was made from recycled materials. Pretty cool. We're going to have to see if we can find on on our mall!

Then, as we raced up and down the aisles for excercise, holding hands and smiling as we passed all the bright colors, Big Z said, "That was fun!" I asked him, "What was fun?" He said, "Talking with those guys. It was easy and I liked it." That's great feedback from my young business man ;-).

Everyone we spoke to gave us their contact information and were very nice. We have given them all e-cards and thanked them for their time.

The ready made e-cards in our back office are really good. We don't use them cookie-cutter style, though, but instead, we tailor them to each person we've spoken with. It's been a savings of time, and it's given some good ideas. Thank you, Ginny, for creating the letters and information. And, thank you to the Team that has created the E-card templates. The photos are just stunning.

Talking to 5 --- Day 1

Day 1

We are supporting two World Changer Foundation Malls, where 100% of the earnings goes to support good in our world, from helping children like the our Ugandans of the SIFA Choir, to the local food banks, the intention is to provide much needed financial contribution to non-profits around the globe. The first Foundation is called Foundation Big Z1, and its domain is http://www.bigzgivesbig.com/. The second Foundation is called Foundation Epoch1 and its domain is http://www.givingtogetherisgood.com/.

Yesterday we set up this blog and readied our invitation cards. Today, we got to talk with people and share our invitation cards. After we got our cards and I picked up Big Z from school, we sat in the car and practiced the 3 questions Eleanor taught us:

What would you do with an extra $2000?
What would you do with an extra $2000/month?
Would you be open to sharing your contact information with me so that I may get you information on how to achieve this?

Big Z got to go into a bike shop where he's hoping to purchase a bike to talk with a guy there, but decided that he would wait until he practiced with our neighbors. Instead, looking and daydreaming of his new bike was tops on the list. It was kind of dark, so getting to spin around in the lot just wasn't happenin' like our first visit there.

Earlier in the day before we received our invitation cards, I spoke with two parents at my son's school. I realized afterwards that I forgot to ask for their contact information, however, I have it anyhow. I sent an email to both of them with links to our information and will follow-up with them. Later, I gave one of them the new invitation card and he'd received my email. The other one I let know I'd emailed. I will call one tomorrow. The other, I will confirm a good time to check in as they are in a busy time.

In our neighborhood, my son went to two neighbors. He did an excellent job of introducing himself, asking permission to ask questions, asking the questions, getting contact information, handing out invitation cards, asking if they would have a chance to view his website tonight, and, when would be a good time to talk with them (tonight or tomorrow) to hear what they thought, and lastly, thanking them for their time. I'm very proud of him.

One neighbor had company. So, Big Z was able to share his information in front of three people. Two gave him their contact information, one had to go.

Big Z got 3. Tomorrow, we follow up with all three.

Thank you for supporting our Foundations.

Gearing Up Before Boot Camp Begins

Have patience as we figure out the new world of Blogging ;-).

We have had the desire to move forward and it is our desire, coupled with the call to action of the World Changer Reality Bootcamp, to practice ourselves into action and consistency, for we seek the Holy Grail ---- $2000 in 60 Days, for One, for All.

We are a bit behind the start date of the Original Campers, those 25 Chosen Ones, and the Dear Alternates who've been diligent in their efforts. However, we know that slow and steady wins the race, and to at least begin is one of the hardest challenges.

We've been following the daily calls with the Campers, and tuning into their Blogs and YouTube videos, and it's been such great fun. Thank you all for sharing your journey.

We welcome you to our journey, in hopes that you are inspired, supported, and that you gain some mighty laughs at our experiences, knowing that when WE succeed, ANYONE can succeed.

Stay Tuned . . .
