Big Z home from school today after coming home early yesterday with virus. Spent the day with him lazing around for the most part, cooking soup, napping and reading.

While working on the computer glitch in IE, attending to emails and cooking, I listened to Tim Sales. He had a training call recorded that lasted 2 hours on the topic of being an expert for your company by using the "Unconfuse The Customer Technique".
