Day 22
Today we had fantastic a.m. and p.m. calls. The last weeks have brought experience to everyone, and, an ability to articulate what is happening for them. It's really cool. It's like the team members have really formed a team and the team is moving forward. There are injuries, players out, but the support of the players to the injured is strong and powerful. As often mentioned on the Family Chat calls over the months, Together We Can Change the World and My Power Mall are family. That family bond, the deep caring of another, has been created throughout this World Changer Reality Boot Camp.
It was so encouraging to hear from the Boot Campers their biggest challenges since embarking on their journey, and even more encouraging and exciting to hear about what they hope to achieve by its completion. Though we were at Big Z's school as the a.m. call ended, it was so exciting I almost couldn't hang up! Fortunate for us, Ginny ended the call a few seconds after we shut down the engine. These calls are really "training" calls, live and interactive. What an awesome resource they are for everyone.
The weekend brought an unexpected client, and, news that a friend was coming to town. Both very good additions to our lives. It did, however, give me pause for how I would tackle a very busy Monday. We weren't able to do quite all that we wanted, but it was a great day.
When we began this business for Big Z, we had a lot going on in our world, and therefore, it sat on the back burner. Until one day, he had a number of folks on his team. Where did they come from? We eventually found out, and since that time, we've been doing what we could to begin our trainings and take steps to integrate MPM into our lives, while still not quite having all our ducks in a row.
Regardless, we got on the trainings with Dr. Bob. Then, we got on the trainings with Jacki and World Changer Clinics. Though I take the lead, I add that Big Z was always much better at completing some of the requirements on those trainings ;-).
Throughout this time, we've also wanted to be better leaders for our team. Therefore, we give them occasional calls and sending team letters.
Today, when I realized it was already the 12th of January, I knew we needed to take action. Fortunately, after a good night's rest and an earlier start to the day, all fell into place to allow this to happen. It felt good to touch in again.
1 follow-up via email. For this person, email is the easiest way to check in.
1 email to Jacki Varacalli, Director of Marketing.
View business site for http://www.bigzgivesbig.com/. The new presentations are short, yet expansive enough to really let a person know who we are as a company. I still have a few left, so will view them tomorrow.
Posted to blogs and added some goodies to ours.
Lastly, the healing session was good, and, our visit with our friend was lovely, too.
How deflated I felt when we heard about Larry tonight. Our friend was here and we were getting dinner on the table as she and Big Z played UNO. I blurted out an, "Oh My God!" when I heard, and immediately said a prayer and told them what happened. Even though the call was really good tonight, I felt a grief for the challenge presented to Larry and his family right now. I kept hearing his voice from our last calls playing over and over in my head, and I'm trusting that we'll hear his voice ribbing Ginny again real soon. Larry, we're praying for you! (For those new to the blog, Larry is a Boot Camper, and he was in a car accident. We're awaiting further news.)
On a positive note, Richard D was feeling much better and was sounding like a singing bird, chirruping sweet messages of ease when talking with people, and telling of how happy he is to be back on the calls, gathered once more within the family nest. (Richard is also a Boot Camper, under the weather since our return on Jan. 5.)
Now, for Susan H. to return to health . . .
Wishing all good health and vitality.
Sleep tight.
